About Skilled Nursing

Okija Home Health provides intermittent skilled nursing services that enable clients with complex medical conditions to receive the specialized care they need right in the comfort of their own homes.

Okija Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits are intermittent nursing visits ordered by a physician and provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). At Okija Home Health, our qualified professionals provide the highest level of technical expertise, competence and compassion to ensure the speedy recovery of our clients.

Skilled Nursing In-Home

Skilled Nursing services include but are not limited to:

  • Blood sugar testing
  • Elder care management
  • Exercise management
  • High-tech nursing
  • Home infusion therapy
  • Hospice assistance
  • In-home blood draws and injections
  • Medication setup, administration, and oversight
  • Tube, drain, and bag maintenance
  • Vital signs
  • Wound care
  • Pre-Post-Operative care
  • Hospital to home follow up medical care

RNs (Registered Nurses) and LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) who are qualified to administer medications and perform advanced medical procedures are also available.

We provide Residential Home Care to clients who don’t have the infrastructure to receive complex nursing care in the comfort of their private home.

HOME HEALTH AIDE

At Okija health, we believe that children are not small adults. We provide nursing services to medically complex pediatric patients.

SKILLED NURSING CARE

Okija health Skilled Nursing Visits are intermittent nursing visits ordered by a physician, and provided by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
